Project Manager Civic Infrastructure (Cod COR 242101)
We are seeking a talented Project Manager (Civic Infrastructure Manager) to join our global civic infrastructure team. If you have excellent research skills and a proven track record of successfully managing multinational projects, we encourage you to apply. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in deploying our solutions to NGOs across the world.
Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in any other language is a plus.
Knowledge of Georgian language is not compulsory but is considered a significant advantage.
Organized and proactive person with a creative thinking.
Ability to cooperate in multinational projects with different cross-border organisation.
Ability to demonstrate vision while maintaining flexibility, agility, and an “all hands-on deck” attitude within the team when needed.
Strong intercultural communication skills.
Image and video editing skills (such as Adobe Creative Suite).
Demonstrated interest in the general needs and challenges of the non-profit sector.
Ability to work under tight and occasionally changing deadlines.
Experience and Education:
Bachelor's degree in social science or political science.
Knowledge/experience in crisis management, emergency response or a related field is considered a strong asset.
Understanding of the social, political and economic context in the post-Soviet space.
Experience in quantitative and qualitative research analysis.
Social commitment and volunteering experience.
About the job:
Ensuring communication with project partners and compliance with contractual obligations arising from partnership agreements.
Collaborating in the organisation and implementation of online and offline events with partners and beneficiaries of the organisation.
Collecting, summarising, analysing and reporting on the implementation of ongoing programmes and projects.
Representing the organisation in relations with partners, beneficiaries and funders, in order to provide information on the strategy, objectives, activities and results of the Association.
Participating in recurrent online meetings to discuss the status of solutions created.
Implementation of solutions in partner countries with focus on Georgia but also Armenia, Poland, Bulgaria and Germany.

Time: Full-time.
Duration: Initially one-year to start, renewable towards potential permanence after first year.

Reporting to: Director of Civic Infrastructure.
